However, PDF file does not contain any info for computers about its formatting – you cannot tell which section is header, footer etc – so for computer processing this file type is not perfect. You have eight distinct tools selectable from dropdown menu:- Reverse order of pages – it flips the document so the last page will be the first one. Sometimes you can scan some file very quickly and not recognize it got scanned backwards. This tool will help you in this case.
- split pages – if your document have pages you wish it rather does not have – this tool is for you! Maybe you are showing someone a file with price on one page you would not like them to see? Or there is one page that is distracting from rest of the content?
- merge two files together – you have your document as separate files? Use this option!
- rotate pages left/right – if something is flipped in wrong direction, use this options and select the page you wish to rotate,
- lock file with password – the file can be opened only if you know the password, this protects it from opening by random people. Be aware that this is not as good as strong encryption!
- remove password from file – you can remove the password lock here also.
